We get alot of phone calls for bat removal services in Johns Creek (Duluth) area.   Proudly we are family-owned, fully licensed & insured to safely remove bats from your home. Southern Wildlife Management can help resolve the problem quickly.

In Georgia, bats are a protected species therefore no bats can be harmed in the removal process. The bat maternity season is from April1st – July31st, therefore there are special precautions that have to be adhered to in order to make sure no flightless bat babies are harmed.

Typically bat removal jobs involve getting the bats out, sealing up the home so they cannot return and cleaning-up any guano.

Our of our Bat Removal services can be performed in one of two ways:

HAND REMOVAL:  This can only be done when the bats are isolated to an area where we have access and can chase them out or hand remove.

ONE-WAY VALVES: If we cannot hand remove the bats from a gable vent, we resort to using one-way valves which allow the bats to leave and deny them entry back in.  Shortly, a week or two later, we come back to take down the valve and seal it up and you are officially bat-free.

About Bats

Georgia is home to 16 different species of bats. Bats provide a beneficial service by foraging on flying insects, many of which are pests. A single bat can eat hundreds of mosquitoes per hour. The problem arises when bats take up residency in our homes or attics.  Hence, we come out to inspect the situation and come up with a game plan to get the bats out of your attic.
